hmmm, now we have a 5-room flat already...

We are looking at condo... we planning to buy another condo and rent out the condo for 4 years then we move in to stay in the condo... =)

planning to buy a 850k condo needa down 20% which is 150k... we still left 20k to go and waiting for the property to cool down somemore... =)

Planning to stay with just us and our future kids and yoghurt.. =) The condo so nice... got Private Lift straight to ur doorstep.. so if u have nasty neighbours, u dont have to see them or pass by thier doorsteps.. =)

we thinking to renovate our condo with french white country style... might change..

LIFE IS GOOD!!! =) Im so BLESSED...

Reflection :
The Christian life we live is so much about forgiving and being forgiven. Jesus even told us in the book of Mark that we need to forgive one another so God can forgive us? I'd say forgiveness is a priority in our relationships. Jesus wants us free from all bitterness and resentment. He wants our hearts to remain tender and loving so we can be free, then He can touch others through us..

I hope the evils can do this too.. =)

Thank You for the appearance I have been given - my eyes, my ears, my nose, my face, my hair, and my entire body. You said in the scriptures my body is the temple and dwelling place of Holy Spirit. Its the same size as 9700... only if u slide out, it's longer... and its slightly heavier than 9700...

He was washing the dishes after lunch when his elder daughter called out to him.

Wee Ye Li, 8, told her father that she wanted to go downstairs to play.

It was the last time he saw the girl alive. Ye Li later drowned in the pool of a nearby condominium.

The Primary 2 girl had taken her four-year-old sister to look for their seven-year-old neighbour. The trio then sneaked into Evergreen Park condominium to splash in the pool at about noon last Saturday.

Ye Li's mother, Madam Fu Yamei, 41, told The New Paper in Mandarin: "My younger daughter said that she didn't go into the pool.

"She sat near the pool and played by herself. But a while later, she looked up and couldn't find her sister."

Unknown to the little girl, her sister, who didn't know how to swim, was struggling in the pool.

By the time help came and Ye Li was pulled out of the water, she was unconscious.

The case has been classified as "unnatural death" and investigations are ongoing.

As in details, they didnt say what happen.. I shall say... Because this is the condo im staying in...

Both the 8 yr old and the neighbour staying in condo went to swim... the 4 yrs old girl sat at the side... then they both struggling in water n drown... but lucky thing is the maid of the girl staying in condo saved her little master... and left.... she NEVER SAVE that 8yrs old girl... if she save her, she might not died... And then someone went to call guard but its too late alr... i dont know whether the guard got do cpr anot... but when the girl reached the hospital, she is dead...

And you people, shouldnt blame guard... cos condo swimming pool is swim at ur risk, there is no life guard... and there is baby pool, if dont know how to swim yet u go swim, its ur wrong...

Conclusion...
The maid is in wrong, the little master is in wrong and the 8yrs old girl is in wrong...
the guard is never in wrong... he/they tried their best to save alr...

The maid didnt save the 8 yr old girl - she is wrong... should save both...
The little girl is in wrong, should ask the maid to save her friend / shouldnt go swim
The 8 yrs old girl is in wrong... sneak in is wrong... and dont know how to swim but went to swim another wrong...

是媳婦寫給婆婆的一封信( 真猛=..=‘) 尤其是做人媳婦的和做人老公的更是要看喔~~~ 最重要的是將來會當人婆婆的人更是一定要看的哦~~~呵~

我一直在想，<妳>對我到底有什麼意義？

你只不過是我丈夫的母親，在結婚之前，你在我的生命中根本沒有任何意義。我的生命來自我的父母，今天的學歷、能力、教養、待人處世之道理，都是來自我父母的承傳，沒有任何一分一毫是由你來貢獻。

所以我不懂，為何一結婚之後，我活了二十多年的歲月全部必須歸零，然後變成所謂「你家」的人，又變成你家「最小」的人。說「最小」是因為我在「你家」的地位始終比我今年才2歲的兒子小。說真的，我心理很不平衡。

我的父母養育了我二十多年，而你是撿他們辛苦二十多年的結晶，根本來說∼你是不勞而獲、撿現成的。所以我在幫你做事情時，你得感謝我的父母以及我的勞力付出。

如果你不感激那就算了，你不應該還對我有極大的意見，對我做的事情總是拿著放大鏡來挑剔------雞蛋裡面挑骨頭。這簡直是得了便宜還賣乖。

我白天有自己的工作，經濟一向獨立，所以我根本不必依靠你的兒子，也還沒有靠過你兒子的薪水過活過。而且我今天有謀生的能力，是仰賴我父母給我的教育，以及我自己的不斷學習成長的能力。

所以我不能忍受我賺的錢好像理所當然必須貢獻給「你家」，然後我花我自己賺的錢，都還要看看你的臉色，豈有此理！我又沒欠你，也不需要你養，更沒拿過你一毛錢，我可以尊重你的意見，但是不能讓你做主。

所以我現在要跟你開誠佈公的講清楚說明白：電費是我在支付，所以酷暑的炎夏我開冷氣睡覺你不准有意見，隔天要上班的是我，睡眠品質對我而言很重要。還有「佛要金裝、人要衣裝」我要買幾套衣服、鞋子都是我的事情，請你一定要記住，這些都是我自己賺的錢。

花錢的準則上面我自己有分寸，你要管就去管你兒子的錢，我用我能力勞力賺去的錢，實在不想還要看你的臉色。而且，你不要老是以為你的兒子多棒，如果沒有我也出去工作，你以為你去年可以去大陸旅遊二星期嗎？哪來的錢？

我常常在想，你對我其實真的沒有任何意義，如果你對我有任何形式上的意義，你只不過是我丈夫的母親，你所有的恩情功勞都在他身上，要回報你的也是他，相同的能叫我回報的也只有我的父母親，如果今天我的父母也這樣挑剔你的兒子，你心理又會舒服嗎？你的兒子又能達到他們多少的要求？

所以~~以後你想吃水果，請叫你兒子切給你吃，因為這才是他應該做的。衣服也請你兒子洗，畢竟你也幫他洗了二十幾年的衣服 (我連一雙襪子都沒有麻煩過你)。

要去看醫生，請他提早下班帶你去...我不想老是被扣全勤的費用，而且，我感冒時，你還會對我冷言冷語∼笑我身體差，因此，你生病時，我沒有辦法提起太多的同理心。言而總之，他孝順你是應該的，而我，要把我的孝心回饋給生我育我的父母親。

如果要我幫你做，那麼你至少得閉上那張挑剔的嘴巴，然後心存感激，因為我沒有欠你，幫你做，是因為看在妳是我丈夫的母親份上，僅僅是這樣而已，要不是他是我丈夫，妳以為你會有這個榮幸嗎？而且，妳也得多看看新聞，現在都已經是「家務勞給」的年代，妳既然沒有支付我薪水，我幫妳做家務事，你就要偷笑了！

Thanks my Uncle and aunties and grandpa grandma for putting up at ur place (our room at level 3) and fetchimg us around touring taipei... I like ur 3-storey house.. and a ktv house outside ur house... so cool... and the plantation.. pluck n eat those fruits ... so cool... Love the air and the weather there...

I've finally eat my smelly beancurd.. so nice sia... Me and my hubby fall in love with that...
Alot food so nice... we've spent 46,000 NT in total... cool sia.. the things so cheap... buy n buy n buy.. hee...

I want to go back to taiwan...
My xiao ah yi still so pretty... her daughter so pretty...
Get the chance to seat in lexus... comfy la.. but i prefer jeep car.. hahas.. more wild...

We went to wen quan at ma chao... the amino smell not quite use to it and the water so warm... and the BEST PART IS.... we need to be naked!!! omg!!!

I love the cooling weather... went to hellokitty cafe and ZOO!!! we finished the zoo in just 4-5hours.. so cool...!!! I like i like i like TAIWAN...

Wow, recently so tied up with my wedding stuffs... hmmm, finally fullerton's invitation cards is all done.. Nice card...
Just now went to choose photos... hahas... our portrait, table top photos, gift photos and photo album... Good photographer and skills... all photos so nice... in the end we chose 70 pieces... he giving us a best price at $2,600/- with a very light and nice photo album and we are able to take back our 168 photos.. hahas... dear decided to pay for the extra 48 pieces... our package is 28 photos = foc. extra is $68 per piece... hahas...

Phew~~~ Nice photos.. REALLY!!!! worth it.. very modern...

wow, so happy now~ done with my photoshoot. going to select photos for our wedding album and food tasting soon...
The photographer quite handsome... say i very pretty.. hahas... say my gown n evening dress very beautiful.. Keep taking the photos of my proposal ring... thanks to my make-up artist and hairstyling. very power ur skill... =)

Photoshoot so tiring sia... He say I got the potential to be model... Thanks ehh... but so far not interested in modelling.. Bought my gown n evening gown's heels.. dear bought one for me... quite ex sia... dear's white leather shoes also hard to find and quite ex..

I like the outdoor photoshoot, tube tea dress and the hairstyles. got swing de... so sweet...
I dont really like the inddor outfit.. dear la... like cow boy and winter... all make me so stuffy wearing those suits. LOL.... nvmind. dear like can le...

And.... 4 patients compliment on me and put my name on the best staff form.. I think ms chew photocopied one only..

Last Sunday went to try my gown..

I've decided which one is my gown, evening gown, outdoor and indoor gown..
The Lady very funny lor.. Our package is 4k if MTM then is normal gown. if no MTM then exclusive gown.. who knows for the evening gown i chose all is designer's one that liu jialing wear de. then she keep giving me try... need to top up $880.00 for the swaroski piece.. dear also say nice he say price never mind. what matters is nice. really different from exclusive and normal.. hahas.. the colour so beautiful and the swaroski so bling.. hahas.. nice.. THANKS dear =)
Total he paid 6k plus.. Singapore its really ex.. malaysia only 3k singapore dollar plus got alot piece.. but not as pretty as Singapore's gown i think.. hee.. next appointment for fitting, then next next appt for photoshoot..

SAT morning will go out with my mum for the 4 dian jin and afternoon go pick shermin up to shop for wedding and our things... Sisters decided to wear white in am and black in pm. =)

Hmmm, went to Fullerton to know more about the packages-like.

We decided to take the chinese course dish for our ROM lunch instead of buffet.
At first I thought is like the server serve and leave the plate in the center and everyone just take. I dont like this idea as girls will take lesser and it's a bit unfair la.. then when i get to know more about the packages, hmmm, I quite like it as the server will proportion out for everyone.
There will be food tasting for the chinese course dish.

There will be a free 1 night suite with a lot more things..

Its better than the one we saw earlier on. this room is nicer and spacious of course requires more people la. there will be a cocktail section too before going into the room. Not bad! =)

hahas.. so happy.starting i got my paper i so sad.. i saw 28/50.. but when i flip behind, oh, 40.5/50.. 28/30 is multiple choice.. i knew it!!! my 1st question i know i'm wrong.. lol.. i didnt choose peristalsis.. kns.. wasted.. hahas.. my short ans questions also wasted la.. hahas!! nv mind. at least improved. Exams coming..~ i promised i'll score well.. hope can get 80% or above.. i'll study hard n be serious about the 2 exams.. =) Now i fall in love with exams. when u know u got good grades, the feeling is shiok n contented. =)

OMG!!! thank you dear!!! He gave me a surprised.

He send the flower to my school.. all my classmate so jealous.!!! hahas.. <3 dear..

I received 4 missed call.. I didnt pick up bcos i'm in class.. Told Esther I got vibration. she ask me see.. i dont want.. again n again until class ended. so just nice 9.55am.. Then i think i call back better..

The conversation goes like this :
Uncle : Hello
Me : I think i received missed call
Uncle : Yep.. are u candy?
Me : huh? candy?
Uncle : Oh~ i'm delivering flower
Me : flower?
Uncle : Where are you?
Me : Huh? (i'm thinking, u going to deliver to my house?)
Uncle : are you in school?
Me : school? Ya..
Uncle : Which level? I'm at level 6
Me : ya, i'm at level 6 too. u at block B or T?
Uncle : huh? I dont know. can u come to the lift there?
Me : ok.. (when i'm about to hang up, i saw him) aana n esther walking in front of me..

They told me later on that they thought teacher holding flower giving people. Cos so funny. uncle holding the DO for me to sign.
Then the lady holding the flower attached to the bear. hahas..

Its my favourite sunflower. this time with a bear.. quite big.. occupied whole locker.. they all so excited see who send. I confirm its from my hubby!!!..

Cos only he know i love sunflower.. hahas..

actually 13 feb midnight waited for pig till 2am + i think.. forgot le.. the next day i got exams at 8am i still make the effort to wait.. haiis.. but wait n wait till i fall asleep.. then who knows when pig came home, sms me, i've fell asleep le.. hmmm.. waited for audi marry..

14 feb night he going out, so cant marry also.. haiis.. waited so long just for today.. =( nv mind.

Please go check (take blood test) whether you have antibodies on hep B anot..
I dont have antibodies already~

My 1st jab not painful at all..
My 2nd Jab, very pain n numb..

Blood test totally not painful..

Anybody know which clinic has cheaper varilrix (chicken pox vaccine) than $93 nett?

If have, pls let me know. Thanks.. =))

Oh my.. another accident happened in Yishun (khatib)

The trailer turn right when the traffic beat red already and *bang* into a motor.

The pillion (girl) flew on top of a Honda Airwave.
The rider leh?? Its under the trailer. the motor too. =(

Awww, when they pulled him out, his elbow bone there broke, can see the bone, and his hand can go merry-go-round. the girl's legs also injured badly, been crying. must be very painful.

The tupid driver (indian) drink driving!!!!! and he wanna hit and run. lucky the passerby quickly catch n grab him. and the police came in time to handcuff him.

Thats why i always said, employer shouldn't let employee drive the trailer after office hour/let them drive home no matter is trailer, van or lorry.. if not, this will be the results. Bcos normally indian drives lorry/van/trailer and they tend to be quite HAO LIAN!!! dont understand why. it's just a cheap thing.. nothing to be proud of bahhz.. hmmm..., I'm not racist! just stating the fact.

So, riders, dont beat red-green light. wait for it's green light and then u start to ride off. not when red turning green. =) Drive safety to all drivers.. =)

Hmmm, find the Sushi Tei for so longg... can't find then bo bian, ask the security.. ohh. so it is at the taxi stand there... hahas.. total $40+.. the food there really very nice.. i love the tea pot soup and there clams mostt.. =)

After that, went to dinner at Changi Village.. the seafood very nice.. waiting for the parking lots.. so longg~ will upload the pics soon.. hahas... Total $70+.. hahas..

After that went home.. hahas.. i got surprise for my dear.. hahas..

Dentist trip

I went to Dentist in November 28 i think.. hahas..

last time when primary, i'm forced to visit Dentist.
when i'm sec 1, i'm so happy, no need go dentist anymore.. hahas..

But when I burshed my tooth, my gum bleeds. i'm terrified.

hahas.. so went for a checkup.
the dentist asked me how long I didnt visit dentist?
I replied 8yrs.. hahas..

The dentist said, you thought you got a good set of teeth, so no need go for checkup huh? and said, you all ar, only when gum bleeds, you all scare, so come. lol

Then when he start to scrap the dirt out, i pushed his hand away. hahas... he had to pacified me to lie down my head. He tried again, and i pushed his hand away.. hahas.. He kept giving me drink pink colour syrup.. hahas.. to stop the bleeding.

he said, see me 1 year.. i shook my head.. hahas..
He wanted to polish my teeth, i declined. he say i'm one of the rare to reject. hahas.. think he buay tahan me also la.. LOL

$40 nia.. i still draw $200.. haha... In the end, i spend the rest on shopping.. hahas.. opps.. =x

Until now, my gum never bleed anymore.. so, pls go to a dentist once a year. =)
although it's painful, but just that moment only.. But it makes the pain worth it.

hahas.. I went to Expo to see the camera.. waiting for the parking lots for so long until my legs tired.. finally found one.. I parked at hall 3a.. the hall is hall 5.. so walk to hall 5..

Had a hard time to find Nikkon.. i saw one quite pretty in white.. I'm actually looking for a white / red / purple.. but the quality not very nice leii.. then went to olympus, all sold out, no stock, but i want it instantly.. so no choice.. went to sony and bought a green camera.. Pics will upload soon.. I nearly throw the stylus away.. until i saw my mum using it as stylus.. haha... The camera quite fun, can choose the border, draw like thouse love getti/neo prints.. hahas..

Dear brought me to Sentosa which i long to go.. I wanted to see wax museum , they called it IOS images of singapore.. not very fantastic, but we enjoyed playing with the wax statue.. will upload the photos soon.. =) the blue, red yellow line make use blur.. hahas..

We didnt complete the package.. decided to use it on 01.01.09 cos it can last till 04.01.09..

Just nice, can save it for our 3rd yr anniversary.. cos we didnt use our cable car..

Aiyo~ Saturday went singing section with Dear, Winson, Michelle (Winson's gf)..

hahas.. sung for 4 hrs at partyworld (int'l blding)..

I didnt know the drink so ex. no wonder they drank 1 cup for 4 hrs.. i drank 3 for 4 hrs.. hahas..
I love to sing zhang hui mei - ru guo ni ye ting shuo, ting hai, celest chong - yuan liang, Fir - ni heng ai ta, Duet - chuang wai, English songs and so.. hahas... Sing until no voice.. sunday jia lat.. cant talk.. hahas.. monday go down millions.. sebas birthday.. need to give face, faith going also.. then jeffery, alex going, jeremy(boss) bday also.. Eric, Mark, shayne, jovi there also.. hahas..

Went to next stop starting lose 4 rounds, sebas not ard to help me drink so had to drink myself, martel + green tea.. then behind keep winning.. hees.. the butter squid very delicious.. but so ex..

I really hate this idea.. make me think like I'm not buying car anymore.. We are not foreign lor!!! we are NEIGHBOUR!!! How can they do this to their neighbour.. I'm not going there to spend anymore..!!!! Hope their NEW government will go mad.. he will regret for his action!!!! almost 3/4 of the money came from SINGAPOREAN!!!

Without us, they wont earn money.. Need 50km so can pump petrol.. please la.. what stupid logic is this.. no sense at all lor.. Is the same as asking us not to go johor, Jusco and bla bla bla for shopping or movie.. what the ..... haiis..

The shorts also.. singapore selling 39.90-49.90.. But from rm change to singapore only S$15+.. so cheap!!

Today i saw the ultrasound scan. doctor let me and the pregnant lady listen to her baby's heartbeat. so cute.. like horse racing.. haha.. cant see is boy or girl yet cos the leg "kiao ka" haha.. doctor so funny.. likely girl is more shy.. haha.. now i not so scare of seeing blood.. haha..

Today half day only. tues open till 12pm only.. but had to ot la..

Tonight driving to school.. tomorrow drive my mum n her friend go work..

This morning went to clinic.. OMG.. so pack.. so many patients.. Today is my training day..11am - 1.30pm.. haha.. =) Love the environment.. get to see and learn a lot of things.. at least now i can have more time to study.. =) 5 days work week.. yippeee!!!

Violet and Dr. Poon is Nice.. and some more i love babies.. Just nice for me.. get to see many pregnant mums.. haha.. and, it's so near my house. 5 mins journey only.. haha.. No need to drive there.. just take bus.. 5 bus stop away onnly nia..

Dear today help me go KK hospital do refunding.. PLS.. if u ever sick or what, don ever go SGH, KK hospital.. I still refer Mount E. My deliveries must sure be at there!!! Private Hospital really do their utmost to cure and heal patients while gov. hospital just wanna earn money.. THIS is from my experience in-patient in KK and Mount E.. Totally diff.. Price is one thing. But having cured and recovered is The BIG THING..

Last night meet dear eat supper @ Hk cafe at east coast. Saw the camry's wheels sank into the small drain.. haha.. so funny.. drive so big car yet don't want be careful.. Driving is quite scary lah.. but also fun. you get to see how the ppl drive on the road.. I brought my phone into the toilet. i put it on the bath tub the i go poo poo.. stomach ache so is lao sai.. the shit all mian mian de.. haha.. then sudd i wanna play games in my phone. so i took my stylus out.. who knows my hand sudd let go of the stylus. then dropped into the bowl.. awwww!!!

Saturday afternoon went to his sis's condo to wash car.. i also got help to wash hor.. haha.. so hapy.. fri night - sunday night i drove.. seems like my dear weekend cannot drive le.. sunday i drove him to tuition and wait for him for 2.5hrs... haha.. Cos everytime he waited for me to finish my class.. so i also wanna wait for him.. hee.. then drove him go do sticker.. help his student do the sticker for bicycle. then he kanna ****.. haha.. so funny.. Then went home wait for boon choon to arrive.. Going malaysia.. Today I 12.30 learn driving.. learn until 2.30pm i said i'm tired.. so rest outside the door playing psp.. lol.. then i saw Michelle.. she waiting for her instructor at 3pm.. Then we chatted awhile.. suddenly one auntie asked me whether can i give her my plastic bag.. cos my bag open wide big and i leave it on my lap while playing psp.. then i gave her the plastic bag.. she said she scare she'll vomit later..

Then another guy came and ask whether can borrow my phone cos his phone spoil.. cant call.. so i help him key his instructor number.. haha..

Thought everything 4.30pm can finished. who knows the video is at 5pm.. cos meeting anson go buy her shoes.. then wait for the license so long sia!! argghh!! 6 + then finished lor.. then i'm the last 3rd person. so suay.. the last 2 guy don have netts card sia.. i offered to help one guy.. then who knows the cashier ask me to help another guy... she deduct 100.. cos one license is 50.. total deducted 150.. and i got 100 cash.. =.="

Just nice.. take cab go fetch anson then go bugis.. no need draw money.. hee..

Saw a nice shoe at u.r.s.. so she tried and bought it.. =)
